Founder/Owner: Ed Gudknecht
Born and raised in Bucks County, PA and playing sports my entire life, along with my true passion for photography, I started ERG Photography, LLC and created a division for sports photography called Game Action Shots.
I remember my first home run at Warrington Township baseball field (20+ years ago)…what excitement that was and my “lucky” children get to re-live that moment every time we pass the fields. Hearing the parents cheer and then being greeted by my team mates at home plate was a great feeling that I will never forget. I was a pitcher back then and was told that I had an incredible curve ball….I was able to prove it one game by pitching a no-hitter….so I guess that was a little bit better than hitting a home run….it was so much fun.
Growing up in a sports family, with a father who was glued to the TV during every sporting event, I learned to appreciate the sport and the dedication of the players. What it took to achieve success was having a passion for what you do and enjoy every moment while you are doing it.
Fast track 20 years, I am presently married with two young daughters, still living in Bucks County and shooting sports photography to follow my passion. It is a true pleasure of mine to be combining the two things that I have enjoyed to do my entire life. I love to bring the excitement of the game to the kids that are just starting out. Watching them hit a home run or score a touchdown and then seeing the expression on their faces, is truly the joy of doing this work.
Every event that we do, we try to make it fun. We want to make sure we capture the feeling of the game, the feeling of the joy and excitement that sports can bring to our youth.
