If your event is not listed on the Photos page, you can put in a keyword search when on this page and you will be taken to our gallery listing should your search return any results.

 

Please note that most of our galleries are password protected and will not appear in your search. If this is the case, please contact us or your picture coordinator to obtain the link and password.

 

So you want to crop your pictures? We offer this too!!!

 

We love to take pictures but we also know that people like different perspectives of their pictures. Some like a tight crop with just their athlete in the picture, while others like to get a sense of the game and see the action that is happening around them. So we offer you both options.

 

During the checkout process, after you have selected your picture, you are given the opportunity to crop the picture but also maintain the size perspective that you have chosen. For example, you picked an 8 x 10 print, so you can only maintain that size and not crop it down to a 5 x 7. Don't worry, you will see during the checkout process exactly how your picture will be cropped before you place your order.

You may notice, after you have chosen the prints you would like to purchase, an option during the checkout process, to select either "Auto" or "True" color. So what is this and why do I need to know?

Well, even the greatest and most expensive cameras in the world are not perfect when it comes to producing perfect prints. Most of them tend to add too much reds or yellows. No need to worry any more.

Our printing labs use a custom color correction formula that is included in the print price and this is automated through their industrial-strength software. The "secret recipe" has been proven with every print we have made...and this is thousands of prints.

So when you are checking out, make sure to leave it on "Auto" which is the default. But don't worry if you click on "True" and place your order. We have proof delays on your order so that we can make sure these settings are correct before your order is printed. This is part of our customer satisfaction guaratee

We understand that some people may have a desire to make a print in a unique size. We offer over 30 different sizes. But you may not see all of these options during the print size selection.

The reason why you may not see every size is that we have chosen the most popular sizes so that the ordering process can be fast and convenient for you.

If you require a 3.5 x 5 or a 5 x 6.7, send us a contact and we will make this size available for your selection....it is that easy.

The reason for this could be a couple of things. Either your monitor is not color calibrated, which most computer monitors are not, or the pictures were uploaded and a few fell through the cracks when we were batch processing them for online viewing. Or your monitor settings are set too bright or too dark.

Most of our events that we cover consist of thousands of pictures taken. We have setup automated programs to get these pictures processed, color and contrast adjusted and uploaded quickly so that you can view them. We wish that technology was perfect but it is not and we do our best to make sure the online viewing of your event is great. However, these images will most likely not reflect the final print as they are the low resolution versions and your prints are made with the higher resolution versions.

When you place an order, we have a proof delay set (Typically 3 days) that are given time to manually adjust your images by sharpening, correcting color, etc and then we replace the lower resolution one with the higher resolution image and send that one off to the printers.

 

So there is no need to worry if your image is too bright or too dark. We guarantee your prints will come out perfect

Wow!!! Do we ever!!! We love custom work. This includes custom graphics that we put on our products. We can take your picture, do something fancy that will make you the envy of all of your friends!!!

We understand that some users make mistakes. This could include a picture they didn't want, or they wanted more pictures than they ordered, or they didn't crop it the right way or whatever the reason may be, we typically put a 3 day hold on the order to make sure that the order is perfect.

The images that you view online are the low resolution versions and they usually do not have color and contrast perfect or may be a little out of focus, so by adding these proof delays to the order, allows us to make these corrections and upload the high resolution version before they are sent out to the printers
